Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Mason Cunliffe. I have been a graphic designer for most of my professional life, and more recently a sculptor. It is my sculpturing talents I would like to contribute to your civic and commercial development ventures.
With my sculptures’ I try to render a visual experience that creates a WOW factor, one you are immediately able to relate to. I also believe that big is better, life-size or larger. I am a constructivist sculptor that is the adding of material rather than the removal. My chosen medium is stainless steel welded together for strength and durability. I use this medium because it enhances the visual effect. “People like shiny” it makes them feel good.
Amongst my sculptural achievements is an impressive ability to consistently win the “People’s Choice Awards”. In my visual submissions are “Swordie” 3m high, “Snake” and “Football” these pieces have all won “People’s Choice Awards” some more than once. “Soccer ball” a much later addition, has yet to be recognised as the others have. I know my style is unique, and my medium can be applied to any given subject.
Like most artists I believe that art is to be shared, otherwise there is little reason or satisfaction in its creation. “Art is for the People”
Please see attachments above for visual display.
Looking forward to hearing from you in anticipation we can discuss this further.
