I am an artist who works across all media but in recent years I have concentrated on large, commissioned, bronze sculptures.
Born in Sydney (1935)
Eileen Slarke is an artist whose work has been inspired by History, Heritage and the environment.
Her monumental bronze sculptures line Sydney’s Eastern seaboard from Coogee to Little Bay.
A former Academic (UNSW) she holds an MA, BA(Hons) from The University of Sydney and a MA from The National Art School.
From 1992-2002 she was the Australian representative on the International Judging panel (Jury) of the Biennale Internazionale Dantesca di Ravenna, Italy.
